1. What we collect
We do not require an account. Visiting nontoxicchecker.com does not require you to provide personal information.
We collect only what's needed to operate the site:
- Anonymous, aggregate analytics (pageviews, country, referrer, device)
- Server access logs (IP, user-agent, request path) retained briefly for abuse and uptime monitoring
- Email content if you email us at [email protected]
2. Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal data. All data is aggregated and anonymous.
3. Cookies
We do not set tracking cookies. Outbound affiliate links to retailers (Amazon, Credo, Detox Market, etc.) may set cookies on the destination site as part of those retailers' affiliate programs — see Section 5.
4. Third-party services
- Cloudflare hosts and serves the site. Cloudflare logs request metadata for security and performance.
- Plausible handles analytics (anonymous, EU-hosted).
- Affiliate networks (Amazon Associates, Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale, Awin) attribute clicks via their own tracking when you click an outbound link.
5. Affiliate links
Outbound product links may be affiliate links. We earn a commission if you buy through them, at no additional cost to you. Commissions do not influence our verdicts or scoring — see our affiliate disclosure and methodology.
6. Your rights
If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR including access, deletion, and objection. Because we do not collect identifiable personal data, there is generally nothing to access or delete. If you've emailed us and want that record deleted, contact [email protected].
If you are in California, you have rights under CCPA. We do not sell personal information.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 14 days.
